Eligibility
Ready-to-ship items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Custom & Bridal Orders
Custom-made and bridal pieces are crafted specifically for you and are non-returnable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Handmade Variation
Slight variation in stitch spacing, color, and texture is a natural characteristic of genuine hand embroidery and is not considered a defect.
