The Heritage Behind Every Thread
For over six decades, we've carried the living tradition of Balochi embroidery from the workshops of Balochistan to homes around the world.
A Family Workshop, Since 1960
ZariEmbroidery has been bringing authentic, handmade Balochi embroidery to customers since 1960. Our artisans are based in Balochistan, where this embroidery has been passed down through generations of skilled women craftspeople. Every piece we sell is hand-stitched — we do not use machine embroidery at any stage of production.
What began as a single family workshop in Sadar Bazaar, Karachi has grown into a worldwide home for Balochi craft. Through every season and every order, our promise has never changed: real thread, real hands, real heritage in every garment.
We see ourselves as custodians of a craft, not just a clothing brand. When you wear a piece from ZariEmbroidery, you carry the identity, patience, and artistry of the women who made it.

How a Balochi Dress Is Made
Each garment passes through four deliberate stages — from raw fabric to your hands.

Fabric Sourcing
We select premium cotton, lawn, and chiffon fabric suited to hand embroidery.

Hand Embroidery by Artisans
Skilled artisans, many based in Quetta, Turbat and Kalat, stitch each design entirely by hand using traditional techniques passed down through generations.

Quality Check
Every piece is inspected for thread tension, color consistency, and finishing before it leaves our workshop.

Packaging & Worldwide Shipping
Dresses are carefully packed and shipped across Pakistan and internationally, including the UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, UK, and USA.
Why Handmade Makes the Difference
Machine embroidery is faster and cheaper. We choose the harder path on purpose — here's why.
Every Stitch by Hand
No machine embroidery at any stage. Each motif is placed by a skilled artisan, one stitch at a time.
No Two Pieces Alike
Natural variation in stitch tension and spacing is the signature of genuine handwork — your piece is truly one of a kind.
Fair Artisan Work
We work directly with women craftspeople in Balochistan, keeping a centuries-old livelihood and tradition alive.
